Components for bakery and confectionery industry

There is a wide range of components available for the baking and sugar industries. We offer components with various fruit content from 20 to 85%, with whole fruit or crushed, according to the wishes of the client.

Our components may be used for baking inside or outside a baking product. We recommend chocolate fillings and many other, for French cakes we recommend fillings such as Mc Donald’s or Delicje. The components are packed into buckets 10 – 25 kg, aseptic sacks or containers made from acid proof steel.

Fruits in gel

fruits contents 80 %, 27 Bx
High quality products of excellent taste and aroma, contain great pieces of fruits. They possess thermostable properties, and can be subjected to thermal treatment at the temperature of 220 ºC through 20 min. Recommended for baking in or out of a cake, excellent for layer cakes, jam-rolls, bun, fruit cakes. We produce the aforementioned products with the tastes of apple, pear  and peach .

Confectioner’s fruit-stuffing

fruits contents 25- 45 %, 45-62 Bx
Stuffing made on the basis of the entire fruits or fruit-paste. They are characterized by excellent taste and aroma, and maintain proper color. They are resistant to the baking temperature of 220 ºC through 20 min. They are fit for baking, roasting in the cakes as stuffing, They are indispensable as an addition for doughnuts, berry-cakes, pastry, crescent rolls. We produce the aforementioned stuffing with  the tastes of berry , raspberry , cherry, strawberry and multi-fruits.

Confectioner’s  stuffing with the taste of chocolate

Stuffing can be applied for baking in or out of a cake, as a stuffing for doughnuts after roasting, as well as for decoration of doughnuts and buns and other assortments. They are characterized by excellent taste and aroma, and are resistant to the baking temperature of 220 ºC through 20 min.

The products for bakery and confectionery industry can be packed into the containers of 300 – 1000 kg or sterile bags or buckets.
