Components for ice cream industry

We offer a wide range of fruit and taste components of the newest generation for production of ice-cream . We offer sauces, toppings, taste pastes, fruit in gel. Our components are manufactured only from raw materials of the highest quality, which are subject to strict quality selection before use. At the request of clients we may prepare new technological and taste solutions.

The components are packed into multiple use containers made of acid-proof steel that weigh from 300 to 1000 kg or aseptic sacks from 10 to 200 kg.

Glazes and toppings

fruits contents 20-60 % , 20-60 Bx
Products made on the basis of fruit juices, pastes or flavor additives i.e. cacao. Recommended mainly for ice-cream glazing, they can also be applied as an interior stuffing. They do not freeze at low temperatures, become harder but maintain plasticity. We produce the aforementioned products with the tastes of strawberry, cherry, peach, berry, chocolate.

Flavor pastes

Products made on the basis of fruit juices or flavor additives. After adding they stabilize the ice-cream mass, give them taste, color and aroma. They are available with the tastes of strawberry, peach, cherry, berry and vanilla.

Fruits in gel

fruits contents 50 – 80 % , 15-30 Bx
The main constituent are the entire fruits or crumbled fruits. They are applicable mainly for decoration of ice-creams, ice-cream layer cakes but they can also be mixed with the ice-cream mass. They do not freeze at low temperatures maintaining plasticity. They are manufactured with the tastes of strawberry, cherry, peach, pear, berry.

The products for ice-cream industry can be packed into the containers of  300 – 1000 kg, or sterile bags or buckets.
