Fruit components for dairy industry
A full range of specialized products for yoghurts, cheese, milk desserts, drinking yoghurts, double layer yoghurts, with grain etc. Clients may select components with various chemical-physical parameters, fruit content from 20 to 60%, with whole fruit or a specified brake-up of fruit. Our offer also includes non-fruit products such as chocolate, coffee, vanilla, almond-coconut products. We provide our clients with complex technological assistance, we offer development of new products and tastes at the request of clients.
The components are packed into multiple use containers made of acid-proof steel that weigh from 300 to 1000 kg or aseptic sacks from 10 to 200 kg.
Fruit-batches for yogurts with fruits
fruits contents 50 % , 45 Bx , batching 12 % by weight ( big pieces of fruits)
fruits contents 35 % , 57 Bx , batching 10 % by weight ( crumbled fruits)

We produce the aforementioned batches with the tastes of strawberry, peach – maracuja, apricot, cherry, berry, raspberry, forest fruits, pear, pineapple, mango, papaya – lemon, apple – mint, strawberry – banana.
Fruit-batches for yogurts without fruits
60 – 67 Bx, batching 8 – 10 % by weight
We produce the aforementioned batches with the tastes of vanilla, chocolate, coffee and coconut – almond .
Fruit-batches for yogurts with grains of corns
fruits contents 20 %, corns contents 15 %, 32 Bx, batching 16 % - 17 % by weight
We produce the aforementioned batches with the tastes of strawberry, peach, raspberry, apricot and prune.
Fruit-batches for yogurts with musli
fruits contents 27 %, corns contents16 %, 32 Bx , batching 16 - 17 % by weight

Those products contain special stabilizers preventing from mixing white yogurt mass with fruits.
